VHL Aircraft was founded in the State of Florida , in February 1978, performing maintenance on aircraft accessory components from our facility located at 5000 NW 74th Avenue , Miami , Florida . Since then VHL Aircraft has grown and established itself as a highly respected member of the aviation community in the South Florida area, the United States , the European Market, Middle Eastern Markets, and the Asian Market. VHL Aircraft is located two miles northwest of the Miami International Airport that grants us immediate access to and from the worlds destinations.

VHL Aircraft is a class 1, (Mechanical), class 2, (Electrical), and class 3, (Electronics), Accessory Repair Facility, certificated by the Federal Aviation Administration under Repair Station Number KP4R318M, issued on June 23, 1978, and is a drug free workplace adhering to the Federal Aviation Administration Regulations with our Anti-Drug Program and Alcohol Miss-Use Program. In addition to our FAA Authority we are presently an Accessory Overhaul Facility Authorized by the European Joint Aviation Authority under JAR 145, and the Indonesian DGAC under their regulation 145 Part.

VHL Aircraft presently supports thru its work scope, airline fleets both foreign and domestic; United States and Foreign Military commands; United States Government Aircraft Fleets including the Federal Aviation Administration Aircraft. These Aircraft Fleets are primarily composed of Lockheed C-130 (L-382 AND L-100 Commercial Version) Models; McDonnell Douglas DC-8, DC-9, DC-10, MD-11, and MD-80, MD-90 Series Model Aircraft; and Boeing 707, 720, 727, 737, 747, 757, and 767 Model Aircraft, and Airbus A300 Aircraft. In addition to the above aircraft, VHL Aircraft, Inc., also overhauls, repairs, and tests all engine accessories such as fuel system, pneumatic systems, electrical system, oil system, thrust reverser system, ignition system components, and generators installed on Pratt & Whitney JT3D, JT8, JT9, General Electric CF-6, Snecma International CFM-56, Allison 501 and T56 Series Engines, and Garrett APUs Models GTCP36, GTCP85, GTCP331, GTCP660, TSCP700, and Ground Power Unit, components.

VHL Aircraft is constantly upgrading its facilities to handle new generation aircraft equipment. Presently we employ both electrical, electro mechanical Engineers who together with our outstanding technical staff maintain our high quality standards. VHL Aircraft has been and continues to be a supplier of aircraft accessory components to the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) for flight test aircraft such as the Boeing 747 space shuttle ferry aircraft and McDonnell Douglas F-16 project aircraft.VHL Aircraft presently is a supplier of overhauled, repaired and tested aircraft accessory components to the Boeing Company and several of its affiliates, General Electric Engine Services, Snecma Services, BF Goodrich Affiliates, Lockheed Martin Services Center, Airborne Express Inc., TRW, to state a few customers.
