Our modern, 83,500 square foot facility, located on a 10-acre site in Anniston, Alabama, has roughly 325 associates divided into eight product cells. Each cell consists of skilled technicians dedicated to provide FAA certified repairs and services. Associates are cross-trained so they can move from operation to operation or cell to cell as need requires and inspectors guarantee that services and repairs meet our rigorous standards. The Anniston repair & overhaul facility has developed a broad spectrum of refurbishment and modernization processes that promote quality repairs and reutilization of detail components, which would otherwise be scrapped. Each part is inspected and repaired as per specifications set forth in the Honeywell OEM component maintenance manuals (CMM). All overhauls or restorations are FAA approved CMM or designated engineering representative (DER) repairs, where applicable. These parts are reconditioned or overhauled to a zero time standard and shipped with a Honeywell backed warranty. Upon receipt of your restorable part, our facility immediately ships an inspected overhauled or reconditioned, zero time, replacement unit from our rotable bank. The actuator cell supports rotary, linear, mechanical and electro-mechanical components, making it one of the most diverse actuator repairs sources in the industry. The product breadth includes various ram-air inlet and exit doors for APU / ECS, valve actuators, cargo doors and cargo roller systems. We provide coverage of all thermostatic control and feedback devices for auxiliary power units and electronic control systems.
