AEROXCHANGE AND OVERHAUL SEARCH LAUNCH ALLIANCE

DALLAS, TX and LEXINGTON, KY (January 15, 2002) Leading aviation e-business solutions providers Aeroxchange and Overhaul Search today announced a strategic alliance to make Overhaul Searchs MRO capabilities data and repair tracking services available as part of Aeroxchanges AeroRepair service. This new business arrangement will provide Overhaul Search customers extended market reach and will allow Aeroxchanges 32 member airlines access to aggregate pricing data and repair tracking information on over 1 million repair capabilities from more than 400 repair facilities worldwide. The new capabilities are available now on www.aeroxchange.com as part of Aeroxchanges latest product release, Aeroxchange 2.0.

Our partnership with Aeroxchange will have a significant mutual benefit to our customers and trading partner companies while adding value industry-wide, said Overhaul Searchs President and CEO, Justin Spaulding. Repair facilities will experience increased market exposure and business opportunities, while Aeroxchange airlines will increase the efficiencies of managing and purchasing repair services. Adding Overhaul Searchs MRO pricing data and repair status tracking system to Aeroxchanges integrated service offerings for finding, negotiating, buying, selling and managing aviation parts and services, provides customers with the most efficient online tool in the aviation industry today.

Repair administration is an important but costly part of the aviation supply chain, said R. Terrence Rendleman, President and CEO of Aeroxchange. By adding Overhaul Search services to our existing AeroRepair services, our customers can now quickly search, buy and track a wide variety of airframe, component and engine repair services across more than 600 vendors in 36 countries. This significant service component is another example of how Aeroxchange is developing web-based solutions that address the major supply chain needs of our trading partners.

As the primary provider of component MRO data for Aeroxchanges AeroRepair service, Overhaul Search will provide the following services:

Component Overhaul, Repair and Test Data
Overhaul Search will power Aeroxchanges AeroRepair service allowing their trading partners to access repair capability data such as repair sources, average cost to overhaul, repair and test parts, and average lead time estimates. Overhaul Search hosts this secure data service.

Work Status
Work Status functionality allows customers the ability to track the status of parts out for repair by monitoring when the part is received, evaluated, serviced, and shipped by the repair facility. Once the part has been shipped, customers are able to directly link to the appropriate tracking system of service providers such as FedEx, Airborne Express and DHL. Work Status saves time by allowing repair administrators direct online follow-up on the repair of their parts. Additionally, airlines can view the status of repairs from multiple repair centers simultaneously.

Request for Quote Manager
The RFQ Manager is a quote management tool allowing customers to send and receive, archive and evaluate quotes via email. The RFQ Manager provides a quick and efficient means of getting pricing information and also consistently updates Overhaul Searchs dynamic pricing matrix.
