Messier Services America, Inc., established by SNECMA, is a full service repair and overhaul facility for landing gear, gear components, and hydraulic units for many of the world's major aircraft manufacturers. As a member of the SNECMA family, Messier Services America offers complete maintenance, repair and overhaul support, not only for our sister OEMs (Messier-Dowty and Messier-Bugatti), but also for Boeing and Douglas landing gear and hydraulic components. Messier Services America shares information and assets with its sister organizations within the Messier Services MRO global network. In addition, we offer exchange and/or rental shipset and component inventory for select models to reduce downtime.

We enjoy a very close working relationship with Messier-Dowty as the OEM for landing gears, and with Messier-Bugatti as the OEM for hydraulic components, and wheels and brakes. This spirit of cooperation also extends to the Dowty Aerospace OEM product lines. Messier Services America's technical relationship with the various OEMs provides continual development of engineering repair schemes for increased reliability. Messier Services America was designated as the official shop for repair, overhaul and warranty by Messier-Dowty, Messier-Bugatti, and Dowty-Aerospace for their Airbus product line.

Messier Services America has a 10-year strategic plan that clearly identifies target products, services and markets. To achieve these aims the company has launched an initiative called R3 which has three clear thrusts, namely:
Refocusing: Defining those products, services and markets which are key to the company's strategic development.
Restructuring: Defining the necessary management structure and shop requirements to deliver the strategic plan.
Reinvigorating: To invigorate the workforce at all levels to embrace the necessary changes through training and personal development.
The R3 Initiative is backed up with the necessary corporate support to ensure its success. Similar initiatives have been successfully applied in other Messier Services locations.

As part of its sister OEM organization, Messier Services America maintains close contact with the group's technical and engineering departments. Through regular meetings, Messier Services America alerts its customers to any technology, product, manufacturer, and availability changes.

Messier Services America's dedicated shop personnel support various manufacturers' product lines and the airlines by offering cost-effective, quality service. Our 140,000 square-foot facility encompasses full plating, machining, and NDT capabilities.
